Per this week's conference call, I have decided to tweak the way comments are displayed under each of my posts. I am experimenting with this first before I touch the discussion boards. While this is not yet set in stone, I like this for a few reasons...

I feel it organizes conversations better.

I can see names/avatars for easier recognition- plus I love creative avatars

I can offer "clout" points. While I don't plan on taking points away, I will choose to add when I feel a great point has been made. I think everyone should start with this philosophy in mind.

It is new, and with most people, comfort is not something people like to give up...however I feel this will get very easy to get used to. Either way, I want to hear your opinion...
