The employment data has ruled out a counter rally at the open today. Infact, futures are off by a fair amount across the board. The jobs report, financial downgrades, and general market sentiment continue to weigh on the market.

However, there are some M&A talks out there, but that is all that I see positive at the moment....besides the fact that it is Friday.
